Hi everyone!

I am so excited to be writing my first blog for abeeco and share some of the great discoveries I've made. I wanted to kick off with my three favourite products.  These three have been absolute superstars for getting my health back on track after double knee surgery earlier this year and juggling work with sometimes solo parenting thanks to a husband away playing league in the Northern Hemisphere.  Life is busy which I'm sure any parent can relate to. Without further ado:

1. Marine Magnesium

Magnesium is great for a number of reasons, as well as post exercise, helping us rest, relax and fall asleep easier (I think we all need some more of that) it can also help with fatigue levels, headaches and PMS. If you have trouble sleeping, or muscle cramps, Magnesium could be for you.

2. Supabee for Women

This product has been on my radar the last few months and I take 3 capsules every day. It is filled with vitamins and minerals to help detoxify mutant hormones, as well as helping me get through my busy day with a boost of energy! If you feel like you have PMS, or painful periods, Supabee can really be beneficial.

    3. Ultra Collagen

As a busy mum and avid exerciser, I need to make sure my joints are well looked after. Along with Super Strength Turmeric, the Ultra Collagen helps my joints recover from exercise. The addition of Glucosamine and Chondroitin in the Ultra Collagen help to repair and rebuild muscle tissue – perfect for post-surgery as well! Plus I get the gut health, hair, skin and nail benefits from the collagen. If you have joint issues Ultra Collagen and its total body benefits could be for you.

If you want to learn more about any of these and more products, check out abeeco’s full range right here on their website. And if you have any questions about any of their products you can comment below or email me privately at jess@abeeco.com

      – Lots of love and good health, Jess x
