Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera)
Also known as Winter Cherry and Indian Ginseng, Ashwagandha is a plant in the nightshade family native to India and North Africa. It has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to help relieve stress, boost energy and improve concentration. It is also said that Ashwagandha may have the ability to lower blood sugar levels, reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, reduce inflammation, improve heart health and brain function and support the nervous system.

Rhodiola Rosea
Also known as Arctic Root or Golden Root, this is a herb that grows in the mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. Another adaptogen that helps the body cope with physical, mental and environmental stress, it is used to decrease stress, fight fatigue, reduce the symptoms of depression, improve brain function and improve exercise performance and stamina.

Siberian Ginseng
Helps regulate the primary stress hormone - cortisol. When we're stressed, we produce a hormone called cortisol which increases sugars (glucose) in the bloodstream. Cortisol levels elevated for extended periods of time can have negative impacts on metabolism, appetite, mood, blood pressure, memory and body fat storage- particularly around the belly. Siberian Ginseng has been used for centuries to help regulate the secretion of cortisol.

B Vitamins
Supabee for Energy contains B5, B6, B9 and B12. B group vitamins help the body utilise carbohydrates, fats and proteins for fuel. They help produce the red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body, support brain processes and development, assist with mental ability and help support nerve cells.

New Zealand Bee Pollen

Q: Can I take Supabee for Energy and Supabee for Men or Supabee for Women at the same time?
A: Yes, the recommended dose if used together is 3 x Supabee for Men or Supabee for Women and 1 x Supabee for Energy. Consult your healthcare professional if you experience side effects such as tingling, burning or numbness.

Q: Why is your dose of Ashwagandha set at 1500mg?

A: Our Ashwagandha dose is set at this range as a therapeutic dose. If you are concerned then start with 1 capsule then build up to 2 capsules per day.

Q: If someone is allergic to bee stings can they take Supabee? Does pollen cause allergic relations?
A: We are unable to advise on medical issues and recommend you consult with your doctor on allergy issues before taking any supplement. That being said, the venom and the pollen are different. There is no bee venom in bee pollen so most people who are allergic to bee stings can still take bee pollen. However, it is possible that your allergy is to the protein from the bee. If that is the case, then someone who is allergic to the protein in the venom will also be allergic to the protein in the bee pollen as well as honey etc. We would always recommend starting on a low dose if you have any concerns, however as mentioned we are unable to give you a qualified answer and advise you to seek a medical opinion.

Q: Can I take Supabee for Energy if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: We do not recommend you take Supabee for Energy if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
