Description

Zinc is an essential mineral which acts as a co-factor to more than 25 enzymes in the body. Zinc plays an important role in:

a healthy immune system
maintaining the general health of the skin with research suggesting it may assist in the healing of wounds
helping support the production of healthy sperm in males. In many cases it has proven effective for impotency and some prostate conditions

Adults take 1 tablet daily 10 minutes before food or as professionally advised.
