Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up your order during normal business hours. Cash, eftpos and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) accepted.

Can I order over the phone?

We take orders over the phone during normal business hours. Call 09 444 2321 or Freephone 0800 370 999.

What courier company do you use?

We send our parcels out via CourierPost.

Does my parcel require a signature?

We send out orders via tracked, non-signature required courier. The courier will leave your parcel in the letterbox or other location if they feel it is safe to do so.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card (Mastercard and Visa), cheque, bank deposit, laybuy and laitpay. Cash payments are accepted for in-store purchases.

What are your shipping fees?

All orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. There is a flat shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders under $60. There is no extra fee for rural delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

We ship to almost every country in the world. International shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place an order. Once your delivery country has been selected the various shipping options and charges will be displayed.

Are any bees harmed in the making of your products?

We love bees and the wonderful gifts they give us and guarantee that none are harmed in the bee venom collection process.

Where are your products made?

All our products are proudly made in New Zealand.

Can I return a product if it's not right for me?

At abeeco, we're so proud of all our products that if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked.

Please include a covering letter quoting your name, address and contact phone number. Alternatively you may wish to drop your returns directly into our Auckland office: 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale Auckland 0932, New Zealand. Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your money less any shipping costs.
