Yes, you are more than welcome to pick up your order during normal business hours. Cash, eftpos and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) accepted.

We send our parcels out via CourierPost within NZ.
We send out orders via tracked, non-signature required courier. The courier will leave your parcel in the letterbox or other location if they feel it is safe to do so.
We accept credit card (Mastercard and Visa), bank deposit, laybuy and laitpay. Cash payments are accepted for in-store purchases.
All orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. There is a flat shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders under $60. There is no extra fee for rural delivery.
We ship to almost every country in the world. International shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place an order. Once your delivery country has been selected the various shipping options and charges will be displayed.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your money less any shipping costs.
