We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $95.The delivery fee on orders under $95 is only $7.95
We deliver to street and PO Box addresses, via CourierPost.
Click and Collect is available for customers who place their order online but would like to come in-store to pick it up. Pick-up is usually ready within 4 hrs of ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready. Bring your "pick up is ready for collection" email (digital or print) when you come to collect your order. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 4 pm (except public holidays).
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered 1 -3 working days from receiving your order and delivered weekdays only. For rural addresses, please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Orders placed in the weekends will be processed the following business day.
Can I send my order to a business address?
Yes! Please remember to include the business name to ensure a safe delivery.

All orders are sent from New Zealand via New Zealand Post or the international carrier DHL. International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the continent you are shipping to. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. You can view your total shipping costs prior to making payment.

UK ordersDue to the new tax rules in the UK, effective 1 Jan 2021, we are unable to fulfil any orders under £135. Orders over £135 can be placed but are subject to UK tax requirements. Orders placed (exclusive of shipping costs) under 135 pounds will be refunded, as due to technical constraints we can not limit the physical website sale from occurring.
Japan ordersDue to shipping restrictions into Japan we cannot accept any online orders at this point. Please get in touch via email, enquiry@abeeco.com if you are interested in purchasing from us. We are happy to talk to you in person to ensure any shipments are compliant with international rules and regulations.

Please NOTE: It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. We will not be liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to the delivery address details being incorrect.
Shipping problems can occur to Italy and Brazil, purchases are at your own risk to these countries.
Public holidays and the Christmas period can result in delays.
Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are YOUR responsibility. We recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to ordering.
Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. You must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that the courier company can contact you if your package is held at the border. Packages that are held up by customs will be delayed, we do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, this is completely out of our control.
Confirming your order payment means you accept the conditions regarding the duties that may be incurred. We strongly recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to confirming your order. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order, if applicable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged, please contact your local government for specific details. Refusal to pay duties and/or tax will result in your parcel being returned. If the products are returned, for this reason, we cannot refund your order.
Abeeco Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back.
