Our Naturally Whitening Mask is essentially a Bee Venom Mask but with the added benefits of natural whitening and blemish reduction.

How does it work?

The Bee Venom contained in the abeeco Naturally Whitening Mask is used to fool the skin into thinking it has been lightly stung. This in turn stimulates the production of the naturally occurring chemicals collagen and elastin, thereby creating a tightening and smoothing effect. The effects are cumulative, that is, the longer you use it the more obvious the effects will be. A tightening effect can generally be felt soon after application.

In addition this formula contains Giga White®, a skin brightener developed with natural Swiss Alpine ingredients. Giga White® is a plant-derived, preservative-free skin lightener used as an alternative to hydroquinone with no side-effects and minimal to no skin irritation. It is effective in treating dark spots, skin discolorations and sun damaged skin. One of the main reasons Giga White® is used in our Naturally Whitening Mask is because of its ability to inhibit tyronsinase. Tyronsinase is an enzyme chiefly responsible for the production of melanin, which can lead to hyper pigmentation issues.

 Please note: When adding active components to a skincare product, minor discrepancies in the colour and consistency of the product may occasionally occur.  Most cosmetic companies get around this by adding artificial colouring and chemical preservatives. However, abeeco’s skincare products are free from artificial colouring and chemical preservatives, and therefore minor colour discrepancies between batches of product may occur from time to time.

As a Mask: Massaging gently, apply a generous layer to your face and neck and leave for 20 minutes. Wash off.

As a Night Cream:  Massaging gently, apply a generous layer over the face and neck and leave on overnight.

Please note: A slight tightening sensation upon application is normal, this is just the Bee Venom getting to work.  If you don't feel a tightening sensation, don't worry, it's still working!
