Please include a covering letter quoting your name, address and contact phone number. Alternatively you may wish to drop your returns directly into our Auckland office: 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale Auckland 0932, New Zealand. Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your money less any shipping costs.

Orders over $99 we offer FREE nationwide shipping through Courier Post.

For orders under $99, shipping rates are:

• Auckland-wide: $4.90
  
• North Island (outside Auckland): $7.95
  
• South Island: $10.50
  

Delivery is available to both street and PO Box addresses across New Zealand.

Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Rural addresses may require an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend, will be processed the next business day. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey. We’ll keep you updated on your parcel’s status, including when it’s with CourierPost and out for delivery.
