All orders, including subscription orders, are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call. No signature is required.
Click & Collect is available for customers who place their order online but would like to come in-store to pick it up from our Silverdale office in Auckland.( 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale, Auckland.) Pick-up is usually ready within 4 hrs of ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready. Bring your "pick up is ready for collection" email (digital or print) when you come to collect your order. Pick-up hours are Mon - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm (except public holidays).

International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the country you are shipping to. To calculate the exact cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. Our office/warehouse is based in Auckland, New Zealand and we dispatch orders from NZ within 1-3 business days. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date.

We recommend that international customers use tracked DHL international shipping for a fast and save delivery option. Australia and USA has a NZ Post option being a little cheaper and declared as 'non-tracked'. If you choose a non tracked option it means delivery can take up to 30 working days. This also means that this shipping methods do not offer tracking and you take all responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the shipment leaves our facility our responsibility ends. We will not issue refunds or ship replacements under any circumstance. You will confirm that you understand these terms when selecting "I Agree with the Terms & Conditions" in the shopping cart.

Import regulations vary significantly between countries, and while we do our best to provide relevant information, we cannot guarantee awareness of all specific requirements. We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your country import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back.
We've been sending goods all over the world for many years and have had very few problems. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country if you have any concerns.
