How To Take

Directions: Adults: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) 2 times daily. Take undiluted or dilute in a small amount of water (up to 30ml) or blackcurrant juice if preferred.

Tips: Shake well before use.Take at least 30 mins before or after food. If your symptoms persist see your health professional. Best used alongside a healthy, balanced diet.
