: The Marine Collagen + Keratin is marine sourced collagen in capsule form. Each capsule contains 475mg of hydrolysed collagen and 25mg of keratin with the recommended dose being 3 capsules per day. The keratin specifically supports strong hair and nails. The Ultra Collagen is bovine sourced collagen in powder form. The recommended dose is one scoop per day which contains 10,000mg of hydrolysed collagen along with 8 other ingredients formulated to assist joint health, mobility and repair.
: The bottle contains 90 capsules which is a 30 day supply based on the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day.
: There are no known side effects to the oral consumption of collagen capsules.
: Yes! This is a great way to get the collagen your body needs while specifically encouraging strong hair, nails and joints.
