Introducing our NEW resident Naturopath - Rebecca Wood!

We are very pleased to welcome Rebecca Wood of Rana Health as our resident Naturopath.

Rebecca has been working in the Natural Health industry for over 20 years, as a Naturopath and Herbalist, Acupuncturist and Massage therapist. Like many of us, she is a busy mother, partner, daughter, sister and friend, and has a real passion for helping others on their health and life journey.

“I have spent many years studying to gain a variety of qualifications that enable me to approach your health challenges from many different points of view. I am dedicated to getting to the heart of the matter and giving solutions that are simple yet effective, in a world that is becoming increasingly complicated we have lost sight of the things that once were our staples to good health, nature has so much to teach us and what may seem complex can often be improved by following a gentle path and simple answers”.

Rebecca has spent the last 20 years in clinic, working with a range of people and ages passing on the knowledge she has gained, supporting others through times of transition, growth, and ill health.

She has experienced many highs and low through her own life journey thus far and brings to work empathy, understanding, honesty, authenticity, and a willingness to listen and get to the heart of the matter.

Rebecca has a strong referral network and believes that sometimes it may take a “village” approach to help a person on the road to recovery and better health.
