Subscription Policy:   By signing up for an abeeco subscription, you agree to receive your selected products at your chosen frequency with automatic billing to your nominated payment method. Delivery charges will apply at the same rate as our standard shipping — please see our Shipping Policy for details. You can update, pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your abeeco account, provided changes are made at least 24 hours before your next shipment. Subscription orders are subject to product availability. Abeeco reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Email Sign-up Offer:  Sign up with your email address and receive a welcome email containing your NZ$10 discount code. Simply enter the code at checkout to enjoy NZ$10 off your first order over NZ$60. This offer is valid for one-time use only, excludes gift card purchases and can be used with first-time subscription offers. It cannot be combined with any other promotion. Minimum spend excludes shipping costs. Your discount code is valid for two weeks from the date of sign-up.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found in the footer of any marketing email. You can also choose to unsubscribe from all or selected promotional newsletters by emailing enquiry@abeeco.com and you’re welcome to re-subscribe at any time.

Opting Out of SMS texts: 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Abeeco message or by using the unsubscribe link (if available). You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

If your mobile number changes, you will need to update your profile or email us with your updated details. 

To the extent permitted by law, abeeco is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or any actions taken in reliance on messages sent through the Service.

Abeeco Affiliate Creator Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
- An active, public social media presence relevant to health, wellness, or lifestyle is required.

2. Partnership Overview
- Collaborations are based on mutual interest and shared values.
- Creators participate as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Abeeco.
- Participation in the program does not guarantee ongoing collaboration.

3. Product Gifting & Discounts
- Products may be gifted or provided at a discounted rate.
- Discount codes and affiliate links are for your audience only — not to be posted on third-party coupon or deal sites.

4. Content Guidelines
- All content must be original, truthful, and in line with Abeeco’s brand voice.
Posts must include:
- Relevant tags and hashtags as provided
- We reserve the right to request changes or decline any submitted content.

5. Usage Rights
By tagging Abeeco or submitting content, you grant Abeeco a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content in:
- Social media
- Website
- Email marketing
Additional permission may be requested for use in paid advertising.

6. Commissions & Payments
- Commissions are managed through Shopify Collabs.
- Rates and payouts may vary and are subject to Shopify’s affiliate terms.
- Abeeco is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details or third-party platform issues.

7. Termination
- You may opt out of the program at any time.
- Abeeco reserves the right to terminate a collaboration, deactivate discount codes, or remove any creator from the program at its sole discretion.

8. Code of Conduct
- We expect respectful, inclusive, and professional behaviour in all interactions.
- Content that is offensive, misleading, discriminatory, or misaligned with our brand may result in immediate removal from the program.

9. Confidentiality
- Any private brand communications or unpublished campaign details must remain confidential.

10. Liability
- Abeeco is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, content misrepresentation, or misuse of products.

Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Entrants will only be entered into the draw once. First valid entry per individual is the only accepted entry from that individual.
4. The winners will be notified within 2 days of the Closing Date. Winners must claim their prize within 15 days of being notified. The Promoter will send out the prizes to the winners within 30 days of the Closing Date.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
6. The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
8. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
9. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be randomly selected.

Social Media Competition Additional Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the competition from Facebook, entrants must comment (internet access required) by the Closing Date. Entrants will need to be a fan of the abeeco health Facebook page.
2. The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
3. Competitions are open to New Zealand participants only unless otherwise stated
4. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and countries of residence of the competition winners.
5. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by abeeco and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with abeeco Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from any and all mailing lists at any time.
