A subscription is a recurring order that you can easily set up on our website. This service ensures that the products you include in your repeat delivery are automatically charged to your credit card, dispatched, and delivered to you at a frequency of your choice. Subscription deliveries are perfect for those who don’t want to run out of their favourite products and want the convenience of having them delivered regularly without needing to reorder each time.
Please note, not all products are available on subscription. If a product is eligible for repeat delivery, it will be displayed on the product page, under the purchase options.

There is no minimum order requirement for subscriptions - you can subscribe to just one product or multiple. However, to qualify for free delivery, your order needs to be over $99.00 NZD.

When you set up your first subscription delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains a “link” to your subscription portal. Save the email or bookmark the portal, then log in to make any changes. You’ll also be able to manage your repeat deliveries by logging into your account on our website.
Absolutely! You’ll receive an email 7 days before your repeat delivery is dispatched. If you're happy with the order, no action is needed. However, if you'd like to change, skip, reschedule or cancel the order, you can do so up to 24 hours before it's dispatched. You are also welcome to ring our customer services team to help.
