Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders, including subscription orders, are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivered to your door by NZ Post, including business addresses and PO Boxes.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location, or if it's unsafe to do so, they'll leave a card to call. No signature is required.
*Click & Collect is available for customers who place their order online but would like to come in-store to pick it up from our Silverdale office in Auckland (8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale, Auckland). Pick-up is usually ready within 4 hours of ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready. Bring your "pick up is ready for collection" email (digital or print) when you come to collect your order. Pick-up hours are Mon - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm (except public holidays).

International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

DHL Express – GoGreen Plus 🌱
Our DHL Express deliveries use GoGreen Plus, helping reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with air freight through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). A more sustainable way to ship your abeeco favourites around the world.
1. Australia – honey restriction: Due to Australian customs and import restrictions, we are unable to ship pure honey to Western Australia. Other eligible abeeco products can still be shipped there.
2. China – honey and gift box restriction: We are unable to ship pots of honey or gift boxes to China, but eligible skincare, supplements and other abeeco products can still be shipped there.
3. Countries we do not currently ship to: Albania, Algeria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, Greece, India, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
4. Delivery timeframes: Delivery estimates are guides only. Public holidays, Christmas periods, customs clearance and circumstances outside the carrier's control can cause delays. Some shipping services may not be available to every destination.
5. Prepaid duties, tax & handling: For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Japan and Jordan, applicable import duties, taxes and carrier handling charges are prepaid, so there should be no additional import charges to pay on delivery.
6. Duties and taxes for other destinations: Unless specifically stated as prepaid above, it is the customer's responsibility to check and pay any applicable import duty, tax or customs charges. Import regulations vary significantly between countries and can change without notice. While we do our best to provide relevant information, we cannot guarantee awareness of every country's individual requirements. If we know of a specific product or import restriction, we will make every effort to highlight it on the relevant product page.
Important Shipping Notes:
- Customs restrictions and returned orders: abeeco cannot accept liability for goods confiscated or refused entry by a destination country's customs authority or other government body. If an order is returned to us by the destination country's import authorities in resalable condition, we will refund the value of the returned products, less any postage or other costs incurred by abeeco. A refund can only be processed once the products have been received back by us.
