Collagen + Manuka Honey Overnight Oats

Delicious overnight oats with collagen and manuka honey to really boost the health factor. There are so many variations you can make with this recipe e.g. adding slivered almonds, coconut, berries... It's the perfect tummy-filling winter breakfast. You could even warm it in the microwave on cold mornings. Feel free to double or triple the recipe for more servings!

Recipe:

Serves 1

1/2 rolled oats
1/2 scoop abeeco ultra collagen powder
1 teaspoon Manuka Honey (or more if you like it sweet!)
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 cup milk, dairy or dairy-free
1/4 cup greek yoghurt, or dairy-free yoghurt

Optional extras:
1 tsp bee pollen granules for an extra vitamin boost!

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar, bowl or the abeeco stainless steel drink tumbler, give it a good stir until it's all combined.

Let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but it's best to soak overnight for 8 hours. This will yield a creamier consistency.

Top your overnight oats with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
