: The tub contains 420g which is a 30 day supply based on the recommended dose of 14g (1 tablespoon) per day. However, if preferred, the dose can be halved to 7g (1/2 tablespoon) for a 60 day supply. Mix 7g-14g of powder into water, juice or other cold liquid. Shake well. Alternatively add into a shaker or drink bottle.

The keratin specifically targets strong hair and nails. This would suit you if you prefer taking capsules over a powder and if you are looking for total body support or just concentrating on your skin, hair and nails.
