    At abeeco, we're so proud of all our products that if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. 

    How to Return:

    Please include a covering letter quoting your name, address and contact phone number. Alternatively you may wish to drop your returns directly into our Auckland office: 8/44 Silverdale Street, Silverdale Auckland 0932, New Zealand. Once we have received your returned item, we will refund your money less any shipping costs.

    We offer FREE shipping New Zealand-wide on all order over $99.

    For orders under $99 a delivery fee of just $7.95 applies. We deliver to street and PO Box addresses across New Zealand, via CourierPost.  

    Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Rural addresses may require an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

    Orders placed over the weekend, will be processed the next business day. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey. We’ll keep you updated on your parcel’s status, including when it’s with CourierPost and out for delivery.
