Directions
The recommended daily dose of 14g (approximately 1 tablespoon) is for those that want to get serious about their collagen intake. If you're on the younger side, or take any other supplements containing collagen, or are simply supplementing a diet already high in collagen we suggest dropping the dose to 7g (half a tablespoon) and you'll get more bang for your buck but still receive all the benefits.
Once a day, mix 7g-14g (14g approximately 1 tablespoon) of powder into water, juice, a smoothie or any other liquid of your choice
For best results we recommend to take daily.
Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend using within 3 months of opening to maintain product integrity.
