I have suffered with osteoarthritis in my hands for a few years now this year has been particularly bad and a friend of mine told me to try super strength Turmeric 16000 as it has worked wonders for her, I have to say I have notice some improvement regarding the pain levels I was experiencing and I have only been on them for a short time.
