The keratin specifically supports strong hair and nails. The Ultra Collagen is bovine sourced collagen in powder form. The recommended dose is one scoop per day which contains 10,000mg of hydrolysed collagen along with 8 other ingredients formulated to assist joint health, mobility and repair.
: The bottle contains 90 capsules which is a 30 day supply based on the recommended dose of 3 capsules per day.
