This ancient herbal medicine has been used as a hormone regulator and a muscle and nerve relaxant for abdominal cramps for centuries. Wild Yam is said to increase or stabilise estrogen levels in the body to help relieve the symptoms of PMS and menopause. It is believed to have anti-spasmodic properties, helping reduce muscle spasms and chronic pelvic pain.

Vitamin B6
The body can't produce Vitamin B6 so it must be obtained through food or supplementation. It plays an important role in mood regulation and may be used to treat symptoms of PMS including anxiety, depression and irritability. Due to its role in hemoglobin production it may be helpful in preventing and treating anemia caused by deficiency.

Siberian Ginseng

Q: Can I take Supabee for Women and Supabee for Energy at the same time? A: Yes, the recommended dose if used together is 3 x Supabee for Women and 1 x Supabee for Energy. Consult your healthcare professional if you experience side effects such as tingling, burning or numbness.

Q: If someone is allergic to bee stings can they take Supabee? Does pollen cause allergic relations? Great for hormone balance

Love this stuff. Have taken it for over a year now and is just magic. Helps balance moods. Very rarely know when my period is coming now. Less pms. Really recommend

Superbee supergood
