: Our Ashwagandha dose is set at this range as a therapeutic dose. If you are concerned then start with 1 capsule then build up to 2 capsules per day.

We are unable to advise on medical issues and recommend you consult with your doctor on allergy issues if you are concerned. However, bee venom and bee pollen are different. There is no bee venom in bee pollen so most people who are allergic to bee stings can still take bee pollen. That being said, if your allergy is to the protein from the bee then you will also be allergic to the protein in the pollen, as well as honey. We would always recommend starting on a low dose if you have any concerns and monitor your reaction closely.

Best results are seen when taking this product for 3 months or more.

As with any supplement it is always best to check with your medical provider with regards to interactions if you are on medication.
