I thought I had dementia....
I’m generally a very fit and healthy person but a month or so ago I was suffering terribly with a range of symptoms including a fuzzy head, tiredness, dizziness, being uncoordinated, eyes couldn’t focus….just generally feeling out of it and not myself. I couldn’t concentrate on anything, kept dropping things, forgetting things, I honestly thought I had dementia or something. It turned out I had low haemoglobin and low thyroid – blood test confirmed. Being a natural health nut I had an idea Ashwagandha would likely be able to help, my naturopath agreed and suggested I take our very own Supabee for Energy as Ashwagandha is the key ingredient! After taking this for a couple of weeks (I didn’t change anything else) I gradually came right and feel back to my normal self with mental clarity and energy again, thank goodness!

: Our Ashwagandha dose is set at this range as a therapeutic dose. If you are concerned then start with 1 capsule then build up to 2 capsules per day.

We are unable to advise on medical issues and recommend you consult with your doctor on allergy issues if you are concerned. However, bee venom and bee pollen are different. There is no bee venom in bee pollen so most people who are allergic to bee stings can still take bee pollen. That being said, if your allergy is to the protein from the bee then you will also be allergic to the protein in the pollen, as well as honey. We would always recommend starting on a low dose if you have any concerns and monitor your reaction closely.

Best results are seen when taking this product for 3 months or more.
