    How To Take

    Directions: Adults take 1-2 tablets one hour before bed as required, or as professionally recommended. 

    Precautions: This product is not a sedative medication and will not induce a strong sedative effect like prescription sleep drugs, but instead utilises natural herbs to encourage relaxation and rest. 

    Tips: To encourage restful sleep, steady energy levels and a healthy stress response it is recommended that caffeine and other stimulants be removed from the diet. Alcohol will also interfere with sleep patterns.

    Our Ashwagandha dose is set at this range as a therapeutic dose. If you are concerned then start with 1 capsule then build up to 2 capsules per day.

    We do not recommend you take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
