How to Take

Directions:

Lymphatic Drainage Capsules: Adults: (full dose) Take 2–3 capsules daily, or as professionally advised. (See below)

Lymphatic Nutrient Tonic: Adults: (full dose) Take 10 mL (2 teaspoons) twice daily for the first 2 weeks, then 5 mL (1 teaspoon) twice daily as a maintenance serving. Shake well before use and take at least 30 minutes before or after food. Take undiluted or dilute in up to 30 mL of water or blackcurrant juice. (See below)

Using both products together: Enjoy both as part of your daily routine by taking half the recommended serving of each at separate times, for example, the tonic in the morning and capsules in the afternoon, or vice versa, to suit your day.
