How to Take

Directions: Adults: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) 2 - 3 times daily. Do not exceed daily dose. Take undiluted or dilute in up to 30ml of water or blackcurrant juice, if preferred. For best results, take consistently each day.

Morning: To support energy, focus, and stress resilience throughout the day
