How To Take

Directions: Adults: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) 3 - 6 times daily or as needed. 1 dose can be taken in times of acute stress, or if unable to return to sleep. May be taken daily as a supporting nervous system tonic. Do not exceed daily dose. Must not be used with sedative medication.

Take undiluted or dilute in up to 30ml of water or blackcurrant juice, if preferred.
