Apply the Cleanser: Dispense a small amount of the cleanser into your hands and rub them together to create a light lather.

Massage Gently: Using your fingertips, massage the cleanser onto your face or body in circular motions, focusing on areas with makeup, dirt, or oil buildup. Avoid the delicate eye area.

Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse with lukewarm water until the cleanser is completely removed.

Pat Dry: Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel.

Follow with Skincare: Apply your preferred moisturiser or skincare products to lock in hydration and enhance your routine.

A 2021 PubMed review "Beneficial role of Carica papaya Extracts and Phytochemicals on Oxidative Stress and Related Disease: A mini review" looks at the many applications for Papaya for skincare and illnesses.

Among their findings were:

May Reduce Oxidative Stress and Inflammation Oxidative stress and inflammation lead to skin, cellular and tissue damages, including wrinkle formation and signs of ageing. Papaya is shown to be rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents that delay skin ageing and enhance skin elasticity, as well as promote skin healing. The flavonoids in Papaya also help to reduce the breakdown of collagen.
Safety: The review identified no safety concerns for the use of Papaya in skincare.
