Focus • Memory • Clarity

Formulated by Rebecca Wood, a respected Medical Herbalist with over 20 years of experience, this formula brings together five herbs traditionally used for memory, concentration, mental clarity and cognitive wellbeing.

Brain fog can happen at any age, but hormonal changes, stress, poor sleep and simply having too much going on can make it particularly noticeable.

A formula for when you want to feel a little more switched on, focused and present.

Please note: This is an authentic herbal tonic, the ingredients are therapeutic grade. It may be strong tasting for some. Dilute in a little blackcurrant juice if preferred.

Who it's for

You know the feeling. You walk into a room and forget why you're there. The word you want is right there - somewhere - but refuses to come out. You read something twice and still haven't taken it in.

Women experiencing brain fog around hormonal changes, particularly through the perimenopause and menopause years.
People who find it harder to concentrate or stay focused that they used to.
Those who regularly lose their train of thought or struggle to find the right word.

Benefits

When You're Lost For Words: Bacopa has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine for memory, learning and cognitive function. While Ginkgo is traditionally used to support circulation and cognitive health, with Gotu Kola supporting both memory and the nervous system. Lemon balm adds a calming component so the words may flow easily.

Focus & Concentration: When concentration is poor, staying focused or holding onto information can become difficult. Bacopa and Gotu Kola are traditionally used for cognitive support, while Rosemary has a long history of use for memory and mental alertness.

Supports Healthy Circulation to the Brain: Healthy circulation is an important part of normal brain function. Ginkgo has a long history for supporting peripheral and cerebral circulation, while Rosemary and Gotu Kola are associated with healthy blood flow and antioxidant activity. They harmonize to support circulatory pathways that help keep the brain nourished and functioning normally.

Supports Mental Clarity Without Overstimulation: Not all brain support needs to be stimulating. Lemon Balm has traditionally been used to support a calm nervous system and reduce mental tension. This carefully selected herbal blend is intended to support memory, concentration, circulation and mental clarity without relying on caffeine or other stimulants.

Backed by Science

Bacopa/Brahmi (Bacopa monniera) is a herb that has long been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to support cognitive health. This study discusses its effects on attention and working memory.

Findings include:

Bacopa supports memory and learning by improving working memory, attention and cognitive processing, with results suggesting this maybe partly related to increased cholinergic activity through suppression of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). These effects may support healthy brain function by helping the brain process and retain information more efficiently.
