    Formulated by Rebecca Wood, a respected Medical Herbalist with over 20 years of experience, this balanced tonic brings together five herbs traditionally used in women's herbal medicine.

    How to Take

    Directions: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily. Take undiluted or dilute in up to 30ml of water or blackcurrant juice, if preferred. For best results, take consistently each day.

    Maintenance dose: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) once daily.

    Tips: Shake well before use. Best used alongside a healthy, balanced diet. Take 2 hours away from medication.

    Best results are seen when taking this product for 3 months or more.
