How to Take

Directions: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily. Take undiluted or dilute in up to 30ml of water or blackcurrant juice, if preferred. For best results, take consistently each day.

Maintenance dose: Take 10ml (2 teaspoons) once daily.
